No Activities of Banned Organizations Will Be Tolerated in Dhaka Range: DIG

Dhaka, May 11, 2025 :The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Dhaka Range, Rezaul Karim Mallik, has directed that no activities of banned organizations will be allowed to operate within the Dhaka Range. 

Strict action will be taken against anyone attempting to conduct activities on behalf of such organizations.  

The directive was issued during a press conference held on Sunday (May 11) morning at the Dhaka Range office in Segunbagicha.
DIG Mallik stated that immediate action is being taken against any police personnel found guilty of criminal activities. He emphasized that if any subordinate police officer is involved in a crime, complaints will be directly addressed, and appropriate measures will be enforced.
He further announced the upcoming launch of a mobile app named "Talk to DIG." This app will allow citizens to share information and communicate directly with the DIG. The identity of informants will remain confidential, he assured.
