Dhaka, May 10, 2025 – Md. Hanif, chairman of Hanif Paribahan and a key accused in the fabricated grenade attack case against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, returned to Bangladesh on Saturday after 15 years abroad. Waving to the crowd, he expressed gratitude and called for unity in the interest of the nation, emphasizing the overwhelming love and support from the public.
Among those present at the airport were BNP Vice Chairman Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaikobad, UK BNP President MA Malik, Hanif’s elder brother and former Savar Upazila Chairman Kofil Uddin, his son Arat, nephew Abhi, niece Akash, Zakaria Mahmud (USA), and Advocate Parvez (UK).
